Terms and Conditions – WKCProduction

Welcome to WKCProduction – a Swiss-based online music production studio. By using this website or ordering a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

WKCProduction provides remote music production services including but not limited to:
– Audio Mixing
– Audio Mastering
– Full Beat Production
– Jingle & Short Business Music
– Short-form Content Mix & Mastering
– Podcast / Film / Custom Audio Projects (by quote)

Each service includes the technical work as described on our website. All services are digital and delivered via email with download links.

2. Ordering & Payment

To place an order:

1. Full payment must be made in advance via our secure Stripe platform.

2. You must send your audio files to wkcproductioninfo@gmail.com via SwissTransfer, WeTransfer or Google Drive.

3. Files must be in WAV or AIFF format, properly named and organized. No MP3s accepted.

Work will only begin once both payment and required files are received. Delivery timelines start after both conditions are fulfilled.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery times:
– Mixing / Mastering / Short-form content: within 24h
– Full Beat Production / Jingles: within 72h
– Custom Projects: timeline defined by quote

Files will be delivered by email as WAV 24-bit / 44.1kHz or 48kHz, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions & Modifications

No free revisions are included in any service.
Any requested modification will be quoted individually based on complexity and time required.
The client must agree to the quote before any adjustments are made.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Once the service is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

– The client is responsible for submitting high-quality, well-organized files.
– Delays caused by incorrect or missing files are not the responsibility of WKCProduction.
– The client affirms they have legal rights to the audio and content submitted.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original audio and creative material.
WKCProduction retains rights to tools, presets, and creative processes used in production.
Final products are delivered for your personal or commercial use (unless otherwise agreed).

8. Liability

WKCProduction is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or system failures.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Valais, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
By continuing to use the site or services, you agree to the most recent version.
